We do not refund tickets unless there is a show cancellation.

You can book online any time at all. If you’d like to talk to a member of the ALPINA SWEET LIFE Team, you can use the contact form of this website, send an email to contact@alpinasweetlife.com or call us on +33 7 66 74 86 25 from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
E-TICKETS
We use electronic tickets. When you book a place at an event, you will receive an email from our partner Weezevent with an electronic ticket.
ATTENTION: For events taking place at LE PODIUM, you will receive another e-ticket (edited by LE PODIUM) by email a few days before the event. This is the ticket you’ll need to present on paper or on your phone when you arrive at LE PODIUM.
ONLINE
You can book online for our events. Just click on the BOOK NOW link for your chosen event and follow the instructions.
All our online bookings are powered by our partner organisation Weezevent.
BY PHONE
We do not allow to book by phone.
