We’re thrilled to invite you to a very special wine tasting experience, crafted in collaboration with the chef and sommelier of the fabulous Le Restaurant in Annecy. Together, we’ve created a unique food & wine pairing menu that celebrates the rich and surprising treasures of Savoie.
Whether you’re a wine lover or just wine-curious, this evening is designed for everyone—no expertise needed, just a thirst for good vibes and great taste!
On the menu:
Three gourmet tapas, each paired with local wines carefully chosen to delight and surprise. Expect bold flavors, unexpected pairings, and a joyful discovery of what our region has to offer. We’ll end the evening on a sparkling (and herbal!) note with a sweet finale and a Savoyard digestif.
You’re going to taste 7 different wines in total:
- 2 white wines with the first tapa
- 2 red wines with the second tapa
- 1 sparkling wine with dessert
- 1 digestif (Génépi – not technically a wine, but a lovely herbal liqueur to finish!)
So that’s 6 wines + 1 digestif = 7 tasting experiences overall. 🍷
