Ludovic warmly welcomes us and introduces us to the Distillery of the Holy Spirit (“Distillerie du Saint-Esprit”) in Annecy, which he has created with the aspiration of reviving a range of aniseed and spirits that express a historical heritage and local identity.
 
The Distillery of the Holy Spirit revives and renews traditional recipes, promising simple, genuine, and festive pleasures.
Today, Ludovic dedicates all his inspiration and enthusiasm to crafting spirits appreciated for their character and authenticity, and he takes pleasure in welcoming Alpina Sweet Life Club for a discovery lasting over three hours in his company, filled with exchanges and tastings.
 
This experience will be accompanied by cheese and charcuterie platters.
The cheese will come from the renowned “Fromager” Pierre Gay
, who was awarded the title of Best Cheese Craftsman of France in 2011 and selects, refines, and markets exceptional products.
The charcuterie will come from Maison Baud. Maxence Baud has been producing cured meats and charcuterie in Villaz since 1932.
